Stacey's mission in life is to help people by reducing their stress levels. Stress contributes to 90% of all illness.  The game plan is simple - to make life easier by teaching skills and providing resources to minimize complexity. She shows people how to diversify their lives, not just their investments.

Relaxation Solutions strives to simplify complex ideas.  The company helps people physically, mentally, and financially and helps them find their relaxation response. Stacey offers services that helps people connect, through sending out greeting cards and providing a opportunity to own their own business.  She also provides business coaching.

Our Experience Shows!

Stacey has been helping people relax since beginning her career in 1984.  Her first concerns were financial, managing money as a security analyst in Delaware.  She then answered an ad in the Wall Street Journal and won a contract with the California State Teachers' Retirement System where she worked to protect the assets of teachers.  Living in California was stressful, especially while working her way up the corporate ladder and earning her MBA at night.  She achieved honors, but life was out of balance.  She helped sell the company and her job, and the stress took its toll. 

The first thing Stacey did when she had time off was book a massage.  She realized that in order to achieve her goals, she had to diversify her life, and her income streams.  She successfully helped everyone from CEOs to high school students reach their goals.  Now, she wants to help you.
